Richemont Vendor Master Data Specialist in Paris: manage supplier information, ensure data integrity, and support procurement operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update vendor master data across enterprise systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Develop and implement data governance policies and best practices for supplier information management
- Conduct regular audits and quality assurance reviews of vendor records to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams to standardize vendor processes and system integration
- Create and manage vendor data documentation and process workflows
- Support system implementations and data migration projects related to vendor management
