Richemont hiring Vendor Master Data Specialist in Milan to manage vendor data integrity and supply chain records management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update vendor master data records in enterprise systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational standards
- Perform data quality assessments and remediation activities to identify and resolve inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors in vendor information
- Serve as primary liaison between procurement, finance, and IT departments to facilitate vendor data updates and system integrations
- Develop and implement vendor data governance policies and procedures aligned with Richemont's global standards
- Monitor vendor master data metrics and generate reports on data quality, process efficiency, and system performance
- Support vendor onboarding processes by validating documentation and ensuring proper data classification within systems
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing master data or vendor information in supply chain or procurement environments
- Strong proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and database management tools
