Richemont seeks Upstream Supply Chain Planning Tech Team Lead in Meyrin, Switzerland to lead manufacturing planning technology initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define technical vision and maintain roadmap in alignment with product strategy and enterprise architecture
- Manage a technology team of experienced consultants designing, deploying and supporting planning solutions for manufacturing facilities using Agile practices
- Lead, develop and motivate the team to propose optimal solutions and continuously acquire new skills and technologies
- Ensure compliance with architecture and security guardrails across all implementations
- Prepare budget forecasts and plan team capacity to support initiatives requested by all Maisons
- Serve as key liaison and integration contact across cross-functional teams on integration topics
Qualifications
- Master's degree or engineering qualification with strong emphasis in Supply Chain Planning and Manufacturing
- 7+ years of experience ideally with consulting background in industrial production and IT environments
- Extensive experience with full project lifecycle of Manufacturing ERP implementations from design through operational run
- Proven collaborative leadership and coaching mindset
- Deep experience designing business solutions based on SAP PP, APO PP-DS, and ATP features, ideally complemented by Anaplan and Data Analytics Platforms knowledge
- Solid understanding of architecture design principles and integration technologies such as APIs
- Demonstrated understanding of software development and customization lifecycle in Agile and Scrum models
- Proven experience in team management overseeing design, deployment and support activities, including budget management and capacity planning
- Excellent ability to communicate technical information effectively to management, peers and partners

Experience
7+ years in supply chain planning and manufacturing technology, ideally with consulting background and hands-on experience in industrial production environments paired with IT systems design and deployment.
Education
Master's degree or engineering qualification with strong emphasis in Supply Chain Planning and Manufacturing.
