Role & Responsibilities
- Facilitate integration between Microsoft Exchange and the newly acquired email signature solution
- Review, adapt, and optimize scripts and automation processes for email-related products across brands and regions
- Develop and maintain data analytics dashboards reflecting usage patterns of various unified communications products
- Support the Unified Communications team in automating routine processes and tasks to improve overall email platform management
Qualifications
- Developer skills with demonstrated expertise in C#, .NET, and PowerShell scripting
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous
- Valid internship agreement with accredited school or university
- Availability for a 6-month internship commencing as soon as possible
Skills
Experience
Experience or demonstrated capability in automating IT infrastructure processes and platform management is preferred. Familiarity with large-scale email platform administration is advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled or recently graduated from an accredited tertiary institution; coursework in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or related field is expected.
