Role & Responsibilities
- Participate actively in a structured 24-month program comprising two 12-month rotational placements across multiple business functions
- Engage in comprehensive training assignments and formal learning modules
- Shadow senior employees and experienced practitioners to build domain expertise and establish a robust professional network
- Deliver high-quality work output on assigned projects and real operational responsibilities
- Contribute innovative perspectives and creative solutions to address existing business challenges and identify new opportunities
- Seek and act upon continuous feedback from mentors and managers to accelerate professional development
- Participate in regular performance reviews with senior management to evaluate progress and discuss career trajectory
