Richemont seeks a Turned Parts Operator in Buttes, Switzerland to produce precision components for luxury watches and jewelry using advanced machinery.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Produce prototypes of turned components and perform precise adjustments to launch small-series production runs, ensuring adherence to productivity and quality standards
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment during emergency repairs and execute preventive maintenance routines to minimize downtime
  • Participate in the installation of complex systems and conduct thorough equipment inspections under supervision
  • Operate advanced machinery, adjust various parameters to optimize quality and productivity, and develop solutions to recurring inefficiencies
  • Perform detailed analyses, quality testing, and inspections requiring a high degree of independent judgment
  • Provide operational support by executing routine activities using established systems and protocols
  • Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and precision in all tasks, contributing to overall production efficiency and quality
  • Organize work schedules effectively in coordination with support services and delegate short-term tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve common objectives and improve overall productivity
