Richemont seeks a Travel and Expense Analyst in Shelton, USA to support T&E and insurance operations, manage Concur inquiries, and analyze expense data.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Concur-related inquiries, issues, and escalations, providing timely resolution and support to internal stakeholders
  • Act as liaison with external vendors including travel agencies and credit card providers to resolve issues and optimize service delivery
  • Ensure travel and expense submissions comply with internal corporate policies and procedures through systematic review and audit
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and user experience within travel and expense workflows
  • Generate and analyze travel and expense data and reports to identify spending patterns, policy adherence, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for process improvement
  • Lead or support special projects related to travel, expense management, and insurance initiatives
  • Audit expense reports for accuracy and compliance with organizational policies
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on Concur system usage and travel and expense policies
  • Communicate travel and expense policy updates and changes to employees across the organization
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all travel and expense activities
  • Submit and manage insurance claims, acting as liaison between internal teams, brokers, and brands to ensure timely and accurate submission
  • Support timely preparation and delivery of Certificates of Insurance for landlord requirements
  • Collaborate with the accounting department on month-end and year-end close activities related to insurance expenses

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in travel and expense management, finance operations, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy and compliance
  • Occasional travel to New York City and other domestic locations may be required
