Richemont is hiring a Transport Manager in Tokyo to oversee logistics and fleet operations across its Japanese distribution network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the company's transport fleet and logistics operations
- Coordinate with suppliers and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries
- Monitor fuel costs, vehicle maintenance, and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with Japanese transport regulations and safety standards
- Oversee team performance and training in logistics best practices
- Analyze transport metrics and implement process improvements
- Liaise with retail and distribution centers on inventory movement
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing transport or logistics operations

Skills
Experience
5+ years of experience in transport management, logistics operations, or supply chain roles, preferably within retail, luxury goods, or fast-moving consumer goods sectors.
Education
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field; or equivalent professional experience in transport operations.
