Role & Responsibilities
- Independently manage planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation projects from inception to completion
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for relevant stakeholders
- Facilitate effective communication between project team members and external stakeholders; prepare and distribute project updates, presentations, and reports
- Support identification, monitoring, and escalation of project risks and issues in close collaboration with the Transformation Lead
- Provide administrative support for project budget monitoring and tracking
- Engage diverse stakeholders across multiple entities, respecting local and organizational needs
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management methodologies and tools within the transformation team
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading strategic projects, ideally in an industrial environment
- Degree in Management Engineering, Information Systems Management, or equivalent corporate management discipline
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Intermediate to fluent French language skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence and support cross-functional teams in an international context
- Familiarity with project and program management methodologies
- Strong strategic mindset with ability to identify transformation levers
- Excellent meeting facilitation and communication skills across diverse stakeholders
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in leading strategic projects, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing setting. Background in transformation initiatives or change management is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Information Systems Management, Business Administration, or equivalent discipline.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 33,000 to EUR 40,000 per annum.
