Richemont seeks a Transformation & Transversal Projects Manager in Paris to lead cross‑functional transformation programmes and drive benefits realisation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end transformation programmes and transversal projects spanning multiple functions and maisons, ensuring alignment with group strategic priorities.
- Design and maintain programme roadmaps, workstream plans, governance frameworks and reporting to senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, external vendors and country organisations to define scope, deliverables, milestones and dependencies.
- Drive benefits realisation and KPI definition; establish monitoring, reporting and escalation mechanisms to secure achievement of financial and operational targets.
- Own change management activities: stakeholder engagement, communications, training needs analysis and adoption plans across impacted populations.
- Identify process inefficiencies and sponsor process re‑design initiatives, leveraging best practices in lean and digital transformation.
- Manage programme risks, budgets and resource allocation; present regular executive summaries and decision papers to governance bodies.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross‑functional transformation or programme initiatives in a matrix organisation.
- Demonstrable experience leading multi‑workstream programmes with senior stakeholder and executive engagement.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience in benefits tracking and business case development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence at C‑suite and operational levels.
- Formal project management training or certification (e.g., Prince2, PMP, Agile) preferred.
- Fluent business English; professional working proficiency in French strongly preferred given the Paris location.

Typically 5–8+ years of progressive experience in transformation, programme or project management roles, ideally within luxury goods, retail, professional services or other complex multinational organisations.
Education
Master's degree or equivalent in business, engineering, management, or a related discipline; relevant professional certifications advantageous.
