Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage all training programs necessary for sales improvement, including onboarding, client journey, product knowledge, and styling instruction
  • Provide support for completion of Digital Learning modules and quizzes distributed by headquarters
  • Plan and coordinate training sessions when the International Training Director visits Japan
  • Verify training impact on performance through feedback collection from sales associates
  • Conduct regular boutique visits to identify training challenges and implement improvement measures in collaboration with boutique managers
  • Measure and analyze training effectiveness using sales metrics, KPI data, and mystery shopper results
  • Translate and localize training materials created by international headquarters
  • Conduct store visits and webinars as required; regularly update training materials in coordination with headquarters
  • Create Maison-specific study materials and training programs for business partners
  • Develop and manage the annual training budget and implementation plan
  • Maintain comprehensive training records and documentation
  • Report progress and outcomes to the International Training Director

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar training or learning development role
  • Proven experience in luxury retail and ready-to-wear fashion, ideally in a management capacity
