Richemont seeks an experienced Training Manager in Taipei to develop and deliver strategic employee training and development programmes across the luxury retail business.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programmes aligned with company strategy and talent development objectives
  • Develop curriculum and training materials for employee skill enhancement across multiple departments
  • Manage the training budget and coordinate with internal and external training providers
  • Assess training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and learning outcome metrics
  • Mentor and coach managers on best practices in employee development and performance management
  • Maintain and update training documentation and knowledge management systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience designing and delivering training programmes in a luxury retail or corporate environment
  • Strong knowledge of learning and development methodologies and adult learning principles
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and training technology platforms
