Richemont seeks an experienced Training Manager in Taipei to develop and deliver strategic employee training and development programmes across the luxury retail business.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programmes aligned with company strategy and talent development objectives
- Develop curriculum and training materials for employee skill enhancement across multiple departments
- Manage the training budget and coordinate with internal and external training providers
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and learning outcome metrics
- Mentor and coach managers on best practices in employee development and performance management
- Maintain and update training documentation and knowledge management systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience designing and delivering training programmes in a luxury retail or corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of learning and development methodologies and adult learning principles
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and training technology platforms

5 years of professional experience in training, learning and development, corporate training, or related talent development roles, preferably within luxury goods, hospitality, or retail sectors
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or equivalent professional qualification
