Role & Responsibilities

• Design and evolve Selling Ceremony content to embody the Maison's values of excellence and heritage
• Develop dynamic daily store rituals (Morning Briefs) featuring role-play scenarios, cross-category selling, and objection handling for Store Managers
• Deploy new Customer Experience Map in alignment with Group strategy and execute the operational rollout across the global network
• Create innovative pedagogical formats—including retail challenges and inter-regional competitions—to strengthen product culture and styling capabilities in boutiques
• Analyze training impact (ROI Training) in collaboration with Retail Direction and Regional Presidents against key performance indicators (conversion rates, average basket, units per transaction)
• Review and synthesize global mystery shopping reports to identify improvement opportunities and develop targeted retail animation modules
• Develop and facilitate managerial coaching modules for Store Directors and Assistant Directors in the field
• Lead, engage, and challenge the regional Training Manager community to ensure consistency and excellence in global rollout

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree +5 years (École de Commerce, Luxury Management), with coaching certification or specialization in sales psychology/soft skills (NLP, Process Communication) highly valued
• Minimum 3–5 years of Retail Training experience in the luxury sector
• Demonstrated field expertise with strong sensitivity to KPIs and commercial performance
• Inspirational leadership and pedagogical charisma with excellent communication across multicultural teams
• Acute attention to excellence, detail, and luxury codes
• Digital fluency and creativity with expertise in modern learning platforms (LMS, microlearning formats)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of Retail Training experience in the luxury fashion industry, with confirmed field experience and strong commercial performance orientation. Demonstrated track record of designing and deploying training programmes that directly impact retail performance metrics and team engagement across multi-regional environments.

Education

Bachelor's degree + 5 years (École de Commerce, Luxury Management or equivalent). Coaching certification or specialization in sales psychology, soft skills (NLP, Process Communication) is a significant asset.
