Richemont seeks a Global Training Manager in Paris to design and oversee training programmes across luxury operations worldwide.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programmes aligned with global business objectives and luxury sector standards
- Manage training budgets and resource allocation across multiple locations and departments
- Develop training materials and curricula tailored to skill development across retail, operations, and corporate functions
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessment tools and feedback mechanisms
- Collaborate with department heads to identify learning needs and capability gaps
- Oversee instructor preparation and certification programmes
Qualifications
- Proven experience in training programme design and delivery within a luxury or multinational environment
- Strong project management capabilities with ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and training software
- Fluency in French and English, with strong written and oral communication abilities
