Richemont seeks an experienced Training Manager in Dubai to lead workforce development and training initiatives across the organisation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and develop training curricula tailored to the organisation's business needs and employee development priorities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of training programmes, including in-person workshops, digital learning modules, and blended learning initiatives
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback mechanisms, and key performance indicators
- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify skills gaps and training requirements
- Coordinate with external training providers and facilitate vendor management
- Maintain training records, documentation, and learning management system (LMS) administration
- Mentor and support junior training staff or coordinators as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organisational Development, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in training, learning and development, or talent management
- Demonstrated expertise in instructional design and training programme development
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and training administration platforms
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Excellent presentation and communication skills across diverse audiences

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in training, learning and development, talent management, or a closely related function within the luxury retail, hospitality, or corporate sectors.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organisational Development, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
