Vacheron Constantin Training Manager position in Dubai, UAE. Lead retail and wholesale training strategy for luxury watch brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive annual training programs aligned with Vacheron Constantin's brand strategy and market objectives
- Serve as the brand knowledge expert, educating sales teams on Vacheron Constantin heritage, creations, competitive positioning, and product portfolio
- Plan, organize, and deliver retail and wholesale trainings utilizing diverse formats including e-learning modules, in-boutique coaching sessions, and role-play simulations
- Build and manage individual development paths for high-potential talent across the retail network
- Manage the training budget and coordinate closely with headquarters, Boutique Managers, Sales Managers, and local HR teams
- Identify performance gaps through analytical assessment and implement targeted performance improvement action plans
- Monitor and analyze Mystery Shopping results to inform training priorities and retail performance benchmarking
- Provide facilitation and mentoring support to boutique teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail training strategy development and implementation within a boutique environment, preferably in the luxury sector
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Profound knowledge of Vacheron Constantin or demonstrated ability to rapidly master complex brand specifics and heritage narratives
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills capable of engaging and adapting messaging for diverse audiences
- Strong organizational and budget management capabilities
- Highly analytical and creative mindset with capacity for innovative problem-solving and action-oriented execution
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams while maintaining autonomous initiative
