Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Learning & Development team in the planning and coordination of internal and external training programs across maisons and retail networks.
- Manage logistical aspects of training events: venue booking, participant invitations, travel arrangements for trainers, and on-site coordination.
- Prepare training materials, slide decks and participant packs; ensure branding and content accuracy appropriate to luxury audiences.
- Maintain and update the training calendar and participant records within the learning management system and HR trackers.
- Assist with data collection and basic analysis for post-training evaluation, reporting attendance, satisfaction scores and action points.
- Liaise with HR business partners, boutique managers and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of learning interventions.
- Contribute to onboarding and induction modules for new hires and seasonal retail staff when required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business or a related discipline.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and tight deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional presentation and attention to detail suitable for a luxury environment.
- Discreet, tactful and able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Proactive problem-solver with a service-oriented mindset and willingness to support cross-functional stakeholders.
Skills
Experience
Prior internship or administrative experience in HR, training, retail operations or a service-focused environment is preferred; experience within luxury retail or premium services is an advantage.
Education
Current student (Bachelor's or Master's level) in HR, Learning & Development, Business, Organizational Psychology or equivalent.
