Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver instructor‑led and digital learning interventions tailored to luxury retail and boutique teams, including onboarding, product knowledge, sales technique and service excellence.
  • Conduct training needs analyses in partnership with HR, regional managers and boutique leadership to prioritise capability gaps and build a rolling learning agenda.
  • Develop curricula, facilitator guides, role‑play scenarios and assessment tools that reflect maison product complexity and brand-specific clientelling standards.
  • Coach managers and store teams through in‑situ skills reinforcement and one‑to‑one performance coaching; track improvement through defined KPIs.
  • Manage the training calendar and logistics across the region, liaising with operations to schedule sessions with minimal commercial disruption.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness using learner feedback, assessment results and business metrics; iterate content to maximise transfer to sales and service outcomes.
  • Administer and maintain training records within the learning management system and produce regular reports for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in human resources, education, business or a related discipline preferred.
  • Professional accreditation or certification in training, coaching or adult learning (e.g., CIPD, ATD or equivalent) is desirable.
  • Proven ability to design curricula and assessment materials for adult learners, with demonstrable results in retail or luxury environments.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills with experience delivering both classroom and digital learning.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination capabilities, able to work across functions and geographies.
