Richemont seeks Trainee Accountant for Munich office. Fixed-term contract role supporting general ledger, financial reporting, and process optimization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Assist with creation and management of accruals and deferrals
- Support intercompany reconciliation processes
- Contribute to fixed asset accounting and management
- Perform account reconciliations and analyze accounting data
- Prepare KPI reports and create presentations
- Participate in digitalization and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Commercial/business education with focus on accounting
- First experience in SAP R/3 FI is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent German language skills
- Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical and communication abilities
- Affinity for numerical work and data analysis

Experience
First practical experience in accounting preferred; trainee-level position suitable for recent graduates or those transitioning into accounting.
Education
Commercial or business education with focus on accounting, bookkeeping, or finance; or equivalent formal training program (Ausbildung or Studium in Rechnungswesen/Betriebswirtschaft).
