Richemont seeks an Import/Export Specialist in Seoul to manage customs clearance, trade compliance, and international shipment operations for luxury brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage general import and export customs clearance by coordinating with customs brokers, preparing documentation, and monitoring shipment status
- Handle specialized shipments including ATA Carnet and hand-carry shipments, preparing required documentation such as CITES permits
- Monitor lead-time reporting from import to final delivery and coordinate with brands to address import and export issues
- Support regular and ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and KPI tracking for import/export operations
- Oversee third-party logistics providers (customs brokers) and report operational issues to internal stakeholders
- Manage claim processes for stock discrepancies and damage issues
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, standard operating procedures, local regulations, and Group directives
- Support internal and external audits and participate in ad-hoc business projects and brand events
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in import/export, trade compliance, or logistics roles within multinational companies
- Demonstrated knowledge of import/export shipment procedures and customs clearance processes
- Service-oriented mindset with strong teamwork, organizational, and coordination capabilities
- Advanced proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and SAP applications
- Fluent written, reading, and spoken English
- University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business preferred
- Professional qualification in logistics (e.g., Customs Broker License) preferred

Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in import/export, trade compliance, or logistics operations within multinational organizations, with demonstrated knowledge of customs clearance and international shipment procedures.
Education
University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business preferred. Professional certifications in logistics or customs brokerage are advantageous.
