Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor customs regulations and free trade agreements, analyze requirements, assess related risks and business impacts, and follow escalation processes
- Prepare and deliver dedicated training programs for large groups on customs operations excellence and free trade agreement usage
- Collaborate with project managers to deploy large-scale initiatives in customs operations excellence and free trade agreements management
- Author or co-author executive-level memoranda, guidance documents, directives, tools, and communication materials on trade compliance topics
- Develop and maintain trade compliance expertise to support international group stakeholders across the organization
- Build and cultivate a network of external stakeholders including industry associations, consultants, and regulatory authorities to clarify regulatory changes and develop compliance solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Law, Economics, or related field (preferably from an EU, Swiss, or US university)
- At least 2–3 years of professional experience in trade compliance consultation, training, research, or content development in an international environment
- Fluent French (written and oral) and fluent English
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and translate regulatory risk into business impact
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create visually engaging presentations
- Experience navigating complex organizational dynamics and presenting to senior management
- SAP and SAP GTS experience (desirable)
- Experience with corporate training programs such as e-learning platforms or classroom delivery (advantageous)

At least 2–3 years of professional experience providing consultation, training, research, or content development in trade compliance within an international context. Experience working across multiple organizational stakeholders and translating complex regulatory requirements into actionable business guidance is essential.
Education
Master's degree in Law, Economics, or a closely related field, preferably from a university in the EU, Switzerland, or the United States.
