Richemont seeks Traceability Integration Engineer in Moscavide, Portugal. Build integration flows for SAP, SaaS, Kong, and Solace platforms.
Role & Responsibilities
- Investigate multi-system issues and provide integration root cause analysis (RCA) and recommendations
- Support new features requiring new integrations; collaborate with PO, Product TTL, and Product Solution Engineers
- Collaborate with business analysts to understand and document detailed business requirements for product traceability, translating them into clear integration specifications
- Design optimal, scalable, and secure integration solutions between SAP Material Traceability, SBN, EON (DPP), PLM, ECC, MDM, and SaaS platforms in collaboration with architects
- Build APIs, flows, and connectors between systems; design event-driven architecture using Solace
- Implement mappings, transformations, and routing logic; ensure alignment with product data models and contracts
- Serve as the primary functional point of contact for the Integration Team, guiding technical implementation and ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Ensure API governance (authentication, quotas, throttling, versioning) and integrations are scalable and future-proof
- Lead functional and integration testing to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across all integrated systems
- Monitor integration flows (retry, dead-letter, events, errors); build dashboards and alerts to ensure performance and stability
- Create and maintain detailed integration documentation, diagrams, and facilitate knowledge transfer to relevant teams
- Apply naming conventions, standards, and reusable patterns; define APIs and data contracts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical or supply chain field
- 5+ years in IT integration roles with proven experience in complex enterprise system integrations (SAP, PLM, MDM, SaaS)
- Strong functional and technical background in product traceability, procurement, and supply chain
- Proficient in integration patterns, protocols (REST, SOAP), and data formats (XML, JSON)
- Solid knowledge of SAP supply chain modules and middleware platforms (e.g., SAP CPI, CIG, SAP PI/PO)
- Strong debugging skills and analytical ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with systems thinking and high quality standards

Experience
5+ years in IT integration roles, with proven experience in complex enterprise system integrations such as SAP, PLM, MDM, and SaaS platforms. Strong functional and technical background in product traceability, procurement, and supply chain processes.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical or supply chain field.
