Richemont Total Rewards Manager in Dubai | Lead compensation and benefits strategy for a luxury conglomerate
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee total rewards strategy aligned with organizational objectives and market competitiveness
- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs
- Conduct regular market analyses and salary benchmarking across relevant sectors and geographies
- Partner with Human Resources and Finance teams to ensure program compliance and budget management
- Administer employee benefits enrollment, payroll coordination, and benefits communications
- Develop and deliver total rewards communications to articulate program value and employee impact
Qualifications
- Proven experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits management within multinational organizations
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and GCC employment regulations
- Proficiency in compensation and benefits software platforms
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling capabilities
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
Skills
Experience
5 to 8 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits management, preferably in luxury, retail, or multinational environments
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline; SHRM-CP, CIPD, or equivalent professional certification preferred
