Richemont seeks Tooling & Programming Manager in Le Brassus, Switzerland to oversee CNC programming and precision manufacturing for luxury watchmaking.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the design and development of production tooling and fixtures for precision manufacturing
- Oversee CNC programming and coordinate machining operations to ensure optimal efficiency and accuracy
- Lead and supervise technical teams involved in tooling and programming functions
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and design teams to optimize production processes
- Monitor tooling performance, maintenance schedules, and capital investment in equipment
- Ensure compliance with precision standards and safety protocols in all machining operations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce manufacturing costs
Qualifications
- Proven experience in tooling design and CNC programming within precision manufacturing
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical teams
- Strong knowledge of machining processes and precision manufacturing standards
- Familiarity with CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software
- Understanding of luxury or watchmaking manufacturing requirements

Experience
7-10 years of experience in tooling, programming, or precision manufacturing environments, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management capacity
Education
Technical diploma or degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology, or equivalent professional certification in tooling and machining
