Montblanc seeks Tool Maker for process optimization in forming technology in Pforzheim, Germany. Full-time role managing stamping tools and precision manufacturing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize progressive compound stamping tools (Bihler presses)
- Manufacture forming and cutting tools along with fixtures for new product editions
- Support high-gloss polishing and calibration of forming tools
- Perform maintenance and repairs on tools and production fixtures
- Collaborate with product development team to ensure precision and design integrity
Qualifications
- Completed apprenticeship as a Tool Maker or equivalent professional qualification
- Professional experience in stamping and forming technology
- Polishing experience in tool or mold making (preferred)
- Independent, goal-oriented, and precise working method
- Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
