Richemont is hiring a Test Manager in Moscavide, Portugal to lead QA for digital platforms and e‑commerce across its maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the end‑to‑end test strategy for digital platforms (e‑commerce, mobile, web services) serving Richemont maisons.
- Lead, mentor and grow a multidisciplinary test team including manual testers, automation engineers and performance specialists.
- Design, maintain and optimise test plans, test cases and acceptance criteria aligned with Agile delivery cadences.
- Develop and manage test automation frameworks and CI/CD‑integrated pipelines to ensure repeatable, reliable releases.
- Coordinate defect management and release‑readiness with product owners, development teams and third‑party vendors.
- Establish and report on QA metrics (pass/fail rates, defect escape, test coverage) and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee performance, security and integration testing for complex multi‑brand ecosystems and third‑party integrations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing QA/Test teams in an Agile software delivery environment.
- Demonstrable ownership of test strategy, automation and operational QA practices for e‑commerce or large digital platforms.
- Experience coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders and external vendors in international, multi‑brand contexts.
- Familiarity with test governance, release management and quality metrics reporting.
- Professional certifications such as ISTQB or equivalent are desirable.
Skills
Experience
Typically 5+ years in software quality assurance with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead capacity, preferably supporting e‑commerce, omnichannel or large enterprise digital platforms.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent practical experience; advanced technical training or QA certifications are advantageous.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Moscavide, Lisbon, Portugal, with easy access to Lisbon.
