Richemont seeks a Temporary Key Holder in California's Central Valley to support store operations, security, and staff management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Open and close the store according to established protocols and security procedures
- Manage vault access and oversee cash handling and reconciliation
- Supervise store operations and staff during assigned shifts
- Ensure compliance with security and loss prevention standards
- Respond to store emergencies and maintain premises safety
- Report irregularities or security concerns to management
Qualifications
- Proven retail operations or supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of store security and cash handling procedures
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Reliability and integrity in handling sensitive access and financial responsibilities

Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of retail operations, supervisory, or key holder experience, preferably in a luxury goods or upscale retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management training or certification is a plus.
