Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a distributed technology team across multiple countries and time zones, establishing clear roles, objectives, and performance expectations
  • Identify and define relevant technical components, roadmaps, and project delivery timelines in collaboration with the Product Owner and Solution Architect
  • Coordinate all project stakeholders and manage dependencies, risks, and constraints using established Richemont methodologies
  • Oversee all phases of projects from initialization through stabilization post-delivery in production
  • Establish and track capacity needs for the team in alignment with the Product Area Manager
  • Manage project budgets, negotiate and monitor external supplier contracts, and verify billing accuracy
  • Communicate progress and project status regularly to the Product Area Manager
  • Develop technical and soft skills within the team, fostering a customer-oriented mindset and culture of collaboration, trust, and transparency
  • Proactively identify and resolve team-related risks, impediments, and challenges, escalating when necessary
  • Embrace continuous learning and drive process improvements within the technology area

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent qualification
  • Demonstrated leadership and team mentoring experience
  • Hands-on experience in retail or web application management and delivery
  • Strong understanding of web technologies and applications, including APIs, OMS, and CRM concepts
  • Proficiency with Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Jira)
  • Experience with planning, capacity management, and budget management tools and processes
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technology, business, and non-IT stakeholders
