Richemont Technology Procurement Intern in Meyrin—support strategic sourcing and supply chain operations within a global luxury conglomerate.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the technology procurement team in vendor selection, qualification, and performance evaluation
- Assist in cost analysis, spend management, and budget forecasting for IT and operational technology categories
- Prepare procurement documentation, including requests for proposal (RFP), purchase orders, and contract terms
- Monitor supplier compliance, delivery schedules, and service level agreements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement opportunities and process improvements
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in supply chain management, procurement, business administration, or related field
- Basic understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and supply chain principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with procurement or ERP systems preferred
