Richemont Technology Procurement Intern in Meyrin (Geneva), Switzerland – 5-month internship supporting global sourcing strategies for IT categories.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support global category management initiatives, including market intelligence, spend analysis, and risk assessment to drive implementation of category strategies
- Manage supplier relations and maintain the preferred suppliers list in collaboration with procurement stakeholders
- Propose value creation initiatives focused on rationalization and cost optimization across technology categories
- Contribute to category performance reporting and metrics development
- Advise internal stakeholders on optimal sourcing strategies aligned with Group procurement policies
- Execute sourcing activities including technical and business requirements definition, RFI/RFQ/RFP management, and contract renewals
- Negotiate total cost of ownership (TCO) components including pricing, service level agreements, and contract terms
- Provide comprehensive procurement support throughout technology projects and ensure compliance with negotiated terms
Qualifications
- Active internship agreement (convention de stage) with an accredited educational institution
- Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data and spend analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proactive team player with excellent communication skills
