Richemont Technology Business Partner in Singapore — lead IT–business alignment and digital programmes for luxury maisons in Singapore.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to translate commercial objectives into clear IT roadmaps and deliverables.
- Define and prioritise digital and IT initiatives in collaboration with product, retail, marketing and operations leaders, ensuring alignment with maison strategies and KPIs.
- Own programme and project governance for cross‑functional technology deliveries, tracking milestones, risks, budgets and benefits realisation.
- Coordinate vendor selection, contract management and third‑party performance for outsourced technology services and integrations.
- Drive organisational change and adoption through stakeholder engagement, training plans and communication strategies.
- Establish and monitor metrics to measure solution effectiveness, operational performance and ROI; recommend continuous improvement actions.
- Facilitate requirements discovery, solution design reviews and acceptance criteria; ensure solutions meet compliance, security and data standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or equivalent; advanced degree (MSc/MBA) preferred.
- Professional certification in project or delivery management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile (CSM, PSM) is advantageous.
- Demonstrable ability to work in a matrixed, multinational environment with senior stakeholders across functions and regions.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, business cases and vendor relationships.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a technology business partnering, IT product, or programme management role; preferably within luxury retail, omnichannel commerce, or a global matrix organisation. Proven track record delivering digital transformation, ERP/CRM rollouts or enterprise integrations.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or a related discipline; master’s degree or MBA preferred.
