Richemont seeks a Technology Business Manager in Singapore to drive IT strategy, budget oversight, and operational excellence across technology initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the successful execution of infrastructure-related initiatives including network upgrades, workplace tools rollouts, and service enhancements
- Follow up on incident escalations and recurring issues, collaborating with technical teams to ensure root-cause resolution
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, deployment planning, and stakeholder communication for infrastructure enhancements
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of operational processes, service catalogs, guidelines, and workflows
- Contribute to the establishment and refinement of a robust governance framework for technology investments
- Actively manage the strategic technology project portfolio, prioritizing based on business impact, risk, and resource availability
- Define and track key performance indicators for strategic technology initiatives, reporting progress to stakeholders
- Collaborate on identifying, evaluating, and strategically managing critical vendor relationships and partnerships
- Oversee budgets, track return on investment, and manage cost optimization for software and hardware investments
- Build strong working relationships with business users, understanding operational needs and providing solution-focused resolutions
- Translate day-to-day business challenges and processes into clear IT requirements and service requests
- Assist in developing business cases and documentation for infrastructure or service enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in technology roles, including IT management, business operations, or tech project leadership
- Demonstrated understanding and practical experience with current and emerging technologies, including cloud computing (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, advanced data analytics, enterprise architecture principles, and cybersecurity fundamentals
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, workplace technologies, ticketing systems, and service delivery processes
- Proven track record of working effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels
- Collaborative mindset and solutions-oriented approach
