Richemont is hiring a Technical Services Project Manager in Buttes, Switzerland to lead facilities and technical projects for its maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead full project lifecycle for technical and facilities initiatives—feasibility, specification, procurement, execution, commissioning and close-out.
  • Define technical scope and produce detailed specifications, drawings and tender documents in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external consultants.
  • Manage contractors, consultants and multidisciplinary teams on site; conduct regular site supervision and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Control project budgets and forecasts, approve expenditures within delegated authority and report financial status to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with Swiss regulatory requirements, health & safety standards and internal corporate policies.
  • Coordinate maintenance handover and update asset registers, maintenance plans and technical documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying cost efficiencies, risk mitigation measures and opportunities to standardize technical solutions across sites.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering (mechanical, electrical, building services), architecture, construction management or a related technical discipline.
  • Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or demonstrable project management training preferred.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), regulatory frameworks and construction processes.
  • Strong contractual and commercial acumen with experience producing technical specifications and managing tenders.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to interface with senior leadership, suppliers and operational teams.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience delivering technical or facilities projects within industrial, manufacturing or high-value commercial environments; proven track record managing multidisciplinary contractors, negotiating contracts and delivering projects on time and on budget.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, building services, architecture or equivalent technical qualification; vocational diplomas with substantial project experience may be accepted.
