Richemont is seeking a temporary Technical Retail Associate to provide daily IT ticket support, monthly remote boutique support, and assistance with IT projects. The role supports retail infrastructure, hardware and software troubleshooting, PCI compliance reviews, asset management, and retail refresh and expansion initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Retail Infrastructure Team’s day-to-day activities and assist with new and ongoing projects.
- Provide hands-on and remote support for Windows-based PCs, laptops, tablets, and peripherals.
- Handle hardware and software support tickets.
- Image and configure computers to replace failed devices and fulfill new requests.
- Conduct monthly IT support calls with assigned boutiques.
- Perform monthly PCI Compliance Reviews.
- Manage hardware assets.
- Support IT project activities, including retail refresh and expansion projects.
- Prepare and ship new POS stations and corporate devices.
Qualifications
- Understand PC hardware and software installation, diagnosis, and repair.
- Read and analyze log files and troubleshoot software installation issues.
- Have a strong understanding of Windows 11.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting; knowledge of Cisco IOS is preferred.
- Have basic Active Directory and Azure administration skills, including account and group creation.
- Understand Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) and Domain Name System (DNS).
- Understanding of Citrix is preferred.
- Communicate technical information clearly, verbally and in writing, with technical teams and the user community.
- Have strong organizational skills.
