Role & Responsibilities
- Lead technical innovation strategy and roadmap development for assigned business units
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and product teams to identify and evaluate emerging technologies
- Oversee research and development initiatives aligned with brand heritage and luxury market positioning
- Drive implementation of innovative solutions to enhance product performance and sustainability
