Richemont Technical Executive position in Seoul, overseeing facilities, operations, health and safety for luxury customer service platform.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-level facility services including office maintenance, cleaning, office supply management, and event support in accordance with Richemont standards
  • Manage service providers (cleaning, maintenance, security, catering) to ensure efficiency and service quality
  • Oversee the procurement, inventory, maintenance, and repair of office equipment, furniture, and IT peripherals
  • Manage the procurement, inventory, and distribution of office supplies, stationery, pantry items, and consumables
  • Supervise cleaning staff (internal or external vendors) and monitor cleaning standards for workplace hygiene
  • Organize and coordinate internal events, meetings, and special occasions including venue setup and logistics
  • Guarantee regulatory compliance across office operations, including health and safety and sustainability requirements
  • Manage dangerous goods (DG) in accordance with group safety standards and oversee Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) use
  • Organize and implement first-aid procedures and ensure availability of first-aid supplies
  • Manage fire-related equipment and coordinate fire safety training for staff
  • Ensure platform safety and security, including safe management and access key/code control
  • Administer site access control systems and handle employee on/off-boarding procedures
  • Oversee visitor management, logging, and access card issuance
  • Manage video surveillance and intruder alarm systems, including daily operation and incident follow-up
  • Update and disseminate health and safety directives and conduct safety training for new employees
  • Identify and manage daily operational requirements with agility and adaptability in multitasking

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Certified to serve as occupational health manager (degree in Industrial Health, Occupational Hygiene, or related field; technical certification such as Industrial Hygiene Management Engineer, Atmospheric Environmental Engineer, or Ergonomics Engineer; Licensed Industrial Health Instructor or Licensed Nurse)
  • Proficiency in English and MS Office
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Multi-tasking capability with excellent time management
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience (preferred)
