Richemont Tech Team Lead, Content Platforms position in Meyrin. Lead engineering team and drive digital content infrastructure innovation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for content platform architecture and delivery
- Define technical vision and roadmap for content management systems and digital asset platforms
- Oversee software development lifecycle, code quality standards, and architectural reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including product, design, and business teams to align technical strategy with business objectives
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence within the team
- Manage technical debt, system performance optimization, and scalability initiatives
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a technical team lead or engineering manager in a complex, distributed systems environment
- Deep expertise in content management systems, API design, and digital asset management platforms
- Proven ability to build and scale high-performing technical teams
- Strong architectural and systems design knowledge
- Experience with modern software development practices and methodologies
Skills
Experience
8+ years of software development or engineering experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a technical leadership or team lead capacity. Prior experience in luxury retail, ecommerce, or media technology environments is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline; or equivalent professional experience demonstrating advanced technical competency.
