Richemont International Distribution seeks Team Leader Process Operations in Villars-sur-Glâne, Switzerland to lead operations specialists team and drive continuous improvement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the Process Operations Specialists team, establishing optimal conditions for achieving quality, cost, delivery, and safety objectives
- Provide daily support to team members through coaching and performance management animation
- Develop and maintain continuous performance improvement initiatives across the operations sector through collaborative analysis and strategic foresight
- Identify process deviations, anticipate operational problems, and propose effective solutions with clear impact visibility
- Communicate efficiently with all stakeholders, demonstrating strong proposal and federation capabilities
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction through dedicated commitment to excellence and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Tertiary education qualification (HEG, University, or equivalent)
- Proven experience in team management and project management
