Richemont seeks a Team Leader in Paris to lead boutique sales, coach staff and drive results within its luxury maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a boutique retail team to meet and exceed sales targets while safeguarding the maison’s service standards and brand image.
- Coach and develop sales advisors through one‑to‑one feedback, on‑floor training and formal performance reviews to elevate clienteling and conversion rates.
- Own daily floor operations including shift planning, visual merchandising upkeep, stock handling and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Monitor sales KPIs and produce clear, actionable reports for store management and regional leadership.
- Ensure flawless client experiences by overseeing appointment management, after‑sales care and high‑touch client relations.
- Enforce brand compliance on standards, store presentation, safety and regulatory requirements; coordinate with corporate teams when necessary.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex client issues and ensure timely resolution in alignment with maison policies.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury retail, ideally within watches, high‑jewelry or premium accessories.
- Demonstrable record of achieving sales targets and developing sales teams through coaching and performance management.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse KPIs and translate data into operational improvements.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in stock control, visual presentation and shift coordination.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods; professional demeanour aligned with luxury service standards.
