Richemont seeks a Team Leader in Paris to lead boutique sales, coach staff and drive results within its luxury maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a boutique retail team to meet and exceed sales targets while safeguarding the maison’s service standards and brand image.
  • Coach and develop sales advisors through one‑to‑one feedback, on‑floor training and formal performance reviews to elevate clienteling and conversion rates.
  • Own daily floor operations including shift planning, visual merchandising upkeep, stock handling and loss‑prevention procedures.
  • Monitor sales KPIs and produce clear, actionable reports for store management and regional leadership.
  • Ensure flawless client experiences by overseeing appointment management, after‑sales care and high‑touch client relations.
  • Enforce brand compliance on standards, store presentation, safety and regulatory requirements; coordinate with corporate teams when necessary.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex client issues and ensure timely resolution in alignment with maison policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in luxury retail, ideally within watches, high‑jewelry or premium accessories.
  • Demonstrable record of achieving sales targets and developing sales teams through coaching and performance management.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse KPIs and translate data into operational improvements.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in stock control, visual presentation and shift coordination.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods; professional demeanour aligned with luxury service standards.
