Richemont is hiring a Team Leader (German Speaker) in Amsterdam — lead a German‑speaking client service team delivering luxury client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a German‑speaking client service team to deliver premium, brand‑consistent customer experiences.
  • Manage day‑to‑day operations including rostering, workflow allocation and escalation handling to meet SLAs and KPIs.
  • Drive team performance through regular 1:1s, performance reviews, training plans and targeted coaching interventions.
  • Monitor quality and productivity metrics; produce reports, analyse trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Act as primary escalation point for complex client enquiries and liaise with cross‑functional teams (retail, after‑sales, logistics) to resolve issues.
  • Support hiring, onboarding and knowledge‑base maintenance to ensure consistent service standards across the German market.

Qualifications

  • Fluent German (native or C1+) with excellent verbal and written communication; strong proficiency in English.
  • Proven supervisory experience (typically 2+ years) within luxury retail, client services, contact centre or e‑commerce environments.
  • Demonstrable track record of coaching teams to achieve KPIs and high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage escalations professionally and preserve brand reputation.
  • Comfortable with reporting, basic data analysis and presenting operational insights to senior stakeholders.
