Richemont seeks a Team Leader in Abu Dhabi to lead boutique sales, coach staff and deliver exceptional client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a boutique sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs and conversion objectives.
- Coach, develop and appraise team members through regular feedback, product training and performance management.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and sustain high standards of clienteling, after-sales service and relationship management.
- Oversee daily store operations including cash handling, POS reconciliation, stock control and inventory accuracy.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique environment reflects brand presentation guidelines.
- Create staff schedules and manage labour resources to optimise sales coverage and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, loss-prevention procedures and local regulatory requirements.
- Act as the primary escalation point for client issues, liaising with regional management and central functions as required.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury retail or premium goods, with a demonstrable record of driving sales and coaching teams.
- Deep product knowledge relevant to the brand’s category (e.g., watches, jewellery or accessories) and an ability to communicate product value to discerning clients.
- Strong commercial acumen, numeracy and experience with inventory and cash-control procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and conflict-resolution skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Professional demeanour appropriate for a high-luxury retail environment.

Experience
Typically 3–5 years of retail experience, preferably within luxury or premium brands, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team-lead capacity responsible for sales performance and staff development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in business, retail management or a related discipline preferred.
