Richemont seeks Talent Acquisition Manager in New York to lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate and early-career roles, managing diverse talent pipelines and university partnerships.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to understand vacancies, share pipeline profiles, define interview cadence, and communicate labor market intelligence
  • Interview candidates against position-specific competencies and behaviors; conduct exploratory calls to identify high-potential candidates and maintain referral relationships
  • Provide diverse, timely candidate shortlists to hiring managers and establish high-touch candidate experiences throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Proactively build and maintain robust talent pipelines utilizing the Applicant Tracking System, social media, job boards, market mapping, and outreach to passive candidates
  • Communicate regional compensation benchmarks, labor market trends, and talent availability insights to key stakeholders
  • Lead candidate generation and active sourcing using various search tools, processes, and recruitment strategies
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and external recruitment agencies
  • Facilitate staffing committees and talent-sharing meetings to identify strong candidates and maintain internal talent pipelines
  • Manage external vendor contracts and engage recruiters on key searches
  • Partner with colleagues across Maisons and regions on global talent acquisition initiatives
  • Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive early-career programs including Summer Internship Program alignment with business goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with target universities for talent pipeline development and early-career partnerships
  • Drive inclusive early-career and university programming strategies ensuring diverse candidate representation
  • Lead branding initiatives to attract talent; develop content for career sites and social media
  • Track program ROI, KPIs, and provide post-program evaluations and recommendations
  • Coordinate and attend job fairs and college recruitment events to build candidate pipelines
  • Create unique digital job advertisements for social media platforms
  • Track interviews, placements, retention, and agency submissions in accordance with defined talent acquisition operating model
  • Utilize and maintain the ATS with detailed candidate notes, submissions, and talent pool development
  • Present recruitment activity and labor market intelligence to executives and senior leadership

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience including corporate, field, and temporary roles
  • Proven ability to manage high requisition counts (20+) while maintaining strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Experience in recruitment agency or search firm preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise in cultivating and maintaining strong collaborative relationships across functions, Maisons, external contacts, and third-party partners
  • Track record of quality execution and results orientation with continuous focus on improvement and efficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for business presentations, vendor negotiations, and external communications
  • Proficiency with HR and talent systems including Workday, PeopleFirst, LinkedIn, and Glassdoor
  • Strong end-to-end project management experience
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple searches simultaneously in fast-paced environments
  • Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and proactive problem-solving capability
