Richemont seeks a Talent Manager, Corporate & Early Careers in New York to lead campus recruitment and early talent programmes.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the early careers and campus recruitment strategy across the North America corporate population, aligning with global talent objectives.
  • Design, manage and scale internship, graduate and apprenticeship programmes, including curriculum, assessment, onboarding and retention initiatives.
  • Build and maintain university and external partnerships, representing the employer brand at career fairs, events and targeted outreach activities.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to identify hiring needs, develop role profiles and implement selection processes for early-career hires.
  • Develop metrics and reporting to measure programme effectiveness (time-to-hire, conversion, retention, diversity) and use data to optimise pipelines.
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers (agency partners, assessment providers) and oversee programme budgets and vendor performance.
  • Lead candidate assessment (interviews, assessment centres) and ensure an excellent candidate experience from attraction to onboarding.
  • Advise on employer branding and campus marketing initiatives to elevate Richemont’s appeal to early talent pools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related discipline; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
  • Proven track record in campus recruitment, early careers programming or talent acquisition, preferably within luxury, retail or professional services.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and scale internship/graduate programmes and to drive results through cross-functional partnerships.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; experience advising senior leaders and hiring managers.
  • Analytical capability to use recruitment metrics and workforce data to inform programme decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience representing an employer at universities and public events.

Experience

Approximately 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, early careers or campus recruitment, with demonstrable experience managing programmes end-to-end and partnering with senior stakeholders.
