Richemont seeks a Talent Manager, Asia in Hong Kong to lead regional talent strategy, leadership development and succession planning across its maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a coherent talent strategy for Asia that aligns with global HR priorities and regional business objectives.
  • Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners across maisons to identify leadership needs, succession candidates and critical talent gaps.
  • Develop and deliver leadership development, high-potential acceleration and capability-building programmes tailored to APAC markets.
  • Lead regional succession planning, talent reviews and calibration processes; ensure robust assessment and development plans for key roles.
  • Drive talent acquisition strategy in collaboration with local teams and external partners for senior and specialist hires, ensuring employer brand consistency.
  • Implement talent analytics and reporting to inform workforce planning, retention initiatives and ROI on development investments.
  • Advise on local employment practices, diversity & inclusion initiatives and change management to ensure culturally informed HR interventions.
  • Coordinate with global Centres of Excellence to localise global programmes and ensure compliance with regional regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven capability to influence and partner with senior executives and matrix stakeholders across multiple countries.
  • Track record of designing and implementing leadership development, succession planning and talent programmes in APAC.
  • Deep understanding of regional labour markets, cultural nuances and regulatory frameworks across Asia.
  • Strong analytical orientation with experience using talent metrics to guide HR decisions and measure programme impact.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to run executive assessments and calibration workshops.

Experience
