Richemont seeks a Talent Development Assistant Manager in Seoul to lead talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Spearhead annual Performance, Development, and Talent Cycles in collaboration with HR Business Partners across Richemont and its Maisons to support employee performance and career growth
- Proactively build and maintain internal and external talent pools to ensure business continuity, address immediate staffing needs, and facilitate long-term succession planning
- Ensure excellence in execution of annual Talent Cycles, focusing on individual development plans (IDPs) and succession planning for key positions in partnership with HRBPs
- Drive internal mobility initiatives by leading cross-Maison and cross-market Talent Exchange programs
- Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to design and deliver development programs aligned with overall talent strategy
- Own and lead end-to-end talent acquisition process, from hiring strategy meetings through candidate interviews and offer management
- Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure effective candidate selection
- Act as key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration throughout recruitment
- Drive employer branding activities to enhance Richemont's employer brand and attract qualified talent
- Monitor recruitment activities and talent acquisition metrics, identifying opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Talent Development, or Talent Acquisition
- Passion for developing employees with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in HR generalist competencies with strong customer service mindset
- Advanced data analysis capabilities to collect, evaluate, and present actionable insights
- Demonstrated experience in instructional development and understanding of adult learning methodologies
- Proven collaborative leadership skills across multiple organizational levels and functions
- Strong project management expertise in overseeing talent management program delivery
- Public speaking and presentation abilities across diverse career-related topics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English

Experience
Minimum 6+ years in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Talent Development, or Talent Acquisition, with demonstrated expertise in talent management cycles, succession planning, and recruitment strategy execution.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
