Talent Coordinator temp role at Cartier North America in New York. Manage recruitment, scheduling, and talent administration for $34–$37/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews, talent meetings, and provide administrative support for key events
  • Source and pool talent for bulk and targeted recruitment needs
  • Post job openings on internal and external job boards
  • Manage calendar and support Travel & Expense reporting for the AVP, Talent
  • Ensure vendors are registered and paid in a timely manner
  • Support the Director of Talent Management with talent review cycles, including calendar and communication administration for annual reviews and mid-year check-ins
  • Respond to inquiries from candidates, Talent team members, business leaders, HRBPs, Centers of Excellence, and external vendors
  • Conduct initial resume screening for entry-level positions and specific roles as assigned
  • Facilitate internal team communications and ad-hoc coordination tasks

Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of relevant HR experience in a fast-paced Talent or HR environment
  • Proven success in a front-facing HR administrative, coordination, or customer service role
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or Business (preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
  • Experience with recruitment modules/Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), databases, HR systems, and scheduling tools
  • Familiarity with Workday (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Presentation skills
