Richemont New York is hiring a Talent & Entertainment Manager to lead strategic entertainment partnerships and artist collaborations across luxury brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate partnerships with high-profile talent, celebrities, and entertainment entities aligned with brand values
- Develop and execute entertainment marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and cultural cachet across the Richemont portfolio
- Manage ongoing talent relations and ensure contractual compliance, deliverables, and brand integration
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and communications teams to activate talent partnerships across digital, retail, and experiential channels
- Monitor market trends in entertainment, celebrity culture, and consumer preferences to inform strategic recommendations
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and resources allocated to entertainment initiatives and talent engagements
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in talent management, artist relations, or entertainment marketing within luxury goods or fashion sectors
- Proven track record of securing and managing high-profile celebrity or talent partnerships
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, luxury consumer psychology, and cultural influence
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with industry stakeholders
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align entertainment initiatives to brand objectives
