Richemont seeks a Talent & Development Partner in Plan les Ouates to design and deliver strategic talent development initiatives across the organization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and deliver talent development initiatives aligned with organizational strategy
- Partner with business units to identify learning and development needs across all levels
- Create and implement succession planning and leadership development programs
- Manage training budgets and measure program effectiveness through KPIs
- Facilitate coaching and mentoring relationships to accelerate talent growth
- Support career progression and skills assessment frameworks
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in talent development, learning strategy, or organizational development
- Experience designing and executing development programs for diverse audiences
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools and talent management practices
- Proficiency in training administration and learning management systems (LMS)
Skills
Experience
5 to 8 years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or human resources, with demonstrated success in designing and implementing development programs
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field; professional certification in L&D, coaching, or talent management is advantageous
