Richemont is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner in Villars‑sur‑Glâne, Switzerland. Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for luxury maisons and partner with business leaders.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead full‑cycle recruitment for assigned business units: define briefs, source candidates, screen, interview and manage offer processes.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to build workforce plans, talent pipelines and role profiles aligned with business needs.
  • Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies including direct sourcing, talent mapping, Boolean search and use of external agencies when required.
  • Manage candidate experience and employer brand touchpoints throughout the hiring lifecycle, ensuring high standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Maintain and optimise ATS and candidate records; produce recruitment metrics and regular progress reports for stakeholders.
  • Coach hiring managers on selection, interviewing best practices and diversity‑focused recruitment approaches.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent qualification.
  • Professional accreditation or training in recruitment, interviewing or HR (desirable).
  • Strong knowledge of hiring best practices, candidate assessment and talent‑pipelining methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Swiss employment practices and local labour market dynamics (advantageous).
