Richemont Paris: Talent Acquisition Partner (6-month contract) to drive recruitment across luxury jewelry, watches, and accessories Maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from manager brief through candidate validation, ensuring exceptional candidate experience
- Support multiple Richemont Maisons and regional functions in organizational evolution across jewelry, watches, and fashion & accessories retail roles, as well as office-based positions
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent
- Utilize ATS systems and HR technology to streamline recruitment processes
- Handle simultaneous high-volume recruitment across different companies and job categories
- Participate in cross-functional recruitment initiatives and projects
Qualifications
- Higher education degree in Human Resources
- Minimum 5 years confirmed recruitment experience (excluding internships and apprenticeships), ideally gained within a recruitment consultancy
- Fluent English proficiency
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, particularly Workday
- Strong computer literacy and technical tool proficiency
- Demonstrated experience managing high-volume simultaneous recruitment across multiple organizations and disciplines
- Experience recruiting for retail sector roles is preferred but not required
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of confirmed recruitment experience, excluding internships and apprenticeships, preferably acquired within a recruitment consultancy or similar environment. Proven track record of managing substantial recruitment volumes simultaneously across multiple organizations and professional disciplines. Prior experience recruiting for retail sector roles is a valued addition to the profile.

Higher education qualification in Human Resources or related field.
