Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions and levels, from role definition and sourcing through interview coordination, offer management and onboarding.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring needs, shape role profiles and build targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain active talent pipelines and candidate pools, using proactive sourcing, networking and relationship management.
  • Ensure an elevated, consistent candidate experience aligned with Richemont’s employer brand and maisons’ values.
  • Manage recruitment metrics and reporting (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health) to inform hiring decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Advise on market compensation positioning and support offer negotiation in partnership with HR business partners and finance where required.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion sourcing initiatives and promote best-practice selection techniques and assessment tools.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HRBP, mobility, legal) and external partners (agencies, universities) to deliver hiring objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field; advanced HR qualification or certification preferred.
  • Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment (typically 3+ years) in a corporate or luxury environment.
  • Demonstrable stakeholder management skills with hiring managers and senior leaders.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to recruit for specialist, technical or managerial roles.
  • Familiarity with Swiss labour market practices and employment legislation is an asset.
