Richemont in Amsterdam seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner (maternity cover) to manage full‑cycle recruitment and partner with hiring managers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions: define role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, coordinate interviews and close offers.
- Act as primary recruitment partner to hiring managers, advising on market insights, role design, salary benchmarking and selection decisions.
- Proactively source and build talent pipelines using direct search, networking, employee referrals and targeted outreach.
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience and rigorous interview process, including assessment, feedback and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and accurate records in the applicant tracking system; produce regular hiring reports for stakeholders.
- Support employer branding and campus/industry engagement initiatives to attract passive and active talent.
- Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and internal HR policies throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering full‑cycle recruitment, typically 3–5 years in an in‑house or agency recruitment role.
- Demonstrable ability to influence hiring managers and to manage multiple searches concurrently under tight timelines.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, candidate assessment and selection best practice.
