Role & Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to assess vacancies, present qualified candidates from the talent pipeline, establish interview cadence, and share labor market intelligence
• Interview candidates against position-specific competencies and behaviors; conduct exploratory calls to identify high-potential talent and maintain relationships with referral sources as a brand ambassador
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using the Applicant Tracking System, social media, job boards, and field recruitment, including proactive outreach to passive candidates
• Proactively identify and communicate labor market trends, regional compensation benchmarks, and talent availability to support recruitment strategy
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with hiring managers, commercial leaders, HR business partners, and the AVP of Talent to create recruitment strategies by Maison and function
• Participate in staffing committees and talent-sharing meetings to identify strong candidates and facilitate talent exchanges across the organization
• Manage external recruitment vendor contracts and engagements, and establish partnerships with recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and community organizations
• Coordinate and attend local job fairs, college recruiting events, and community networking initiatives to ensure a robust candidate pipeline
• Track, monitor, and communicate recruitment metrics including interviews, placements, retention, and agency submissions in accordance with the talent acquisition operating model
• Utilize the ATS to maintain detailed candidate records and facilitate the interview and hiring process; prepare recruitment activity reports and labor market intelligence for executive leadership
• Ensure high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring process and coordinate new hire onboarding in partnership with HR generalists and hiring managers
• Contribute to global and headquarters initiatives by partnering with talent colleagues across Maisons and regions

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail recruitment experience at the boutique level with demonstrated ability to manage high-volume requisition counts (20+) while maintaining strong candidate and internal client relationships
• Field experience with emphasis on high-volume recruitment of sales associates
• Expert communication skills and demonstrated ability to work as a collaborative team member
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong time management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize and lead multiple simultaneous searches
• Ability to work across time zones and adapt quickly to changing business needs
• Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and strong presentation skills
• Passion for luxury retail, its heritage, craftsmanship, and brand ambassadorship

Skills

Experience

3–5 years of retail recruitment experience at the boutique level, including high-volume recruitment of sales associates and demonstrated success managing multiple simultaneous searches in a fast-paced environment. Field recruitment experience is preferred.
