Cartier Talent Acquisition Manager, Retail in Dallas, TX or Las Vegas, NV – lead recruitment strategy for boutique positions at Richemont.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand vacancies, share potential profiles from pipeline, define interview cadence, and communicate labor market intelligence
  • Interview potential candidates against position-specific competencies and behaviors, conduct exploratory calls to identify high-potential candidates, and establish relationships with referrals as a brand ambassador
  • Provide hiring managers with diverse, qualified candidate shortlists in a timely manner
  • Proactively build talent pipelines using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), social media, job boards, and field recruitment, including consistent outreach to passive candidates
  • Understand and communicate labor market trends, regional compensation benchmarks, and talent availability to internal stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers and Commercial Leaders to understand needs, create interview matrices, provide market feedback, and communicate updates throughout the hiring process
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to enhance service delivery to internal stakeholders
  • Create recruitment strategies by Maison and function to minimize time to fill
  • Participate in staffing committees and talent-sharing meetings to identify strong candidates and maintain robust internal talent pipelines
  • Coordinate with Talent Specialists to ensure data integrity within the ATS
  • Facilitate and manage external vendor contracts for key recruitment searches
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, educational institutions, trade schools, and community stakeholders
  • Create unique digital job advertisements for social media and coordinate attendance at local job fairs and college events
  • Establish and maintain high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Track and communicate recruitment metrics including interviews, placements, retention, and agency submissions to leadership
  • Present recruitment activity and labor market intelligence reports to executives and senior leadership

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of retail recruitment experience at the boutique level, with demonstrated ability to manage high-requisition counts (20+)
  • Proven expertise in high-volume recruitment of sales associates and field-level retail positions
  • Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), social media recruitment platforms, job boards, and digital sourcing tools
  • Advanced skill with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate
  • Team-oriented mindset with ability to collaborate across departments and time zones
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex market and talent data to senior leadership
  • Integrity and commitment to confidentiality in all HR matters
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in fast-paced environments

Experience

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
